What we Offer

CONSULTATION
We provide an in person, one-on-one free initial consultation to discuss the needs and goals of our client, as well as your budget. During the consultation, we will discuss an interior design that optimizes the flow and layout of the individual space. We can also provide recommendations to sellers on how to make their home look more attractive.
Proposal & Contract
We provide a written proposal with detailed room by room plan including precise, easy to read pricing. If the proposal is agreeable to all parties, a contract will be sent out for digital signatures.
staging design & Delivery
Our staging services include a full design customized to the individual home & potential buyers who will most likely be looking at the home. We will provide furniture, artwork, and decor to create a cohesive and appealing space. We will also take care of staging delivery & setup as well as de-staging and pick up.

OUR PRICES

We know that saving money is important, so we are proud to offer cost-effective solutions to home staging. Our packages are tailored to make sure you are getting the ideal match to fit your budget and ensure stunning results. Eacb home is assessed on a case by case basis ensuring an individual price that is customized for your project. Stager will do a walk through consultation and come up with a proposal that works for all parties!

Light Or Partial Staging

Light staging or "Pre-list" consultation is designed to focus on sellers that need help de-cluttering and advice on staging with their own furnishings to revamp their home and make it ready to list. Partial staging is for sellers that have furnishings &/or other decor items that can be incorporated into the staging design. We will work with the seller to help move items around & provide light staging including decor, artwork and/or furnishings mixed with their own items to acheive the desired staging design that will attract the most buyers. This can also be for homes that may only need one room or area staged.

Standard Staging

  • The standard staging package is our most popular package and will provide a full home interior deisgn strategy customized to your home's individual needs, colors and style. This package includes staging of the living room, dining area, kitchen, main bath, primary bedroom and primary bath. We will provide furnishings, artwork, and decor specifically selected for each room.
  • $1,200 - $1,500 * *Depending on size, style & location of home. *Extra bedrooms, living areas, bonus rooms, etc may be additional.
